Journeyman Electrician

A local construction company is seeking a Journeyman Electrician for work on commercial, residential, government, and insurance-related projects. The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that electrical systems are safe, reliable, and up to code in a wide range of environments.

Pay: $35 +/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, potential for 4 – 10’s depending on scheduling and jobsite location, overtime when required.

Qualifications:

1. Electrical license (Preferred)
2. Electrical skills in residential and/or commercial projects
3. Knowledgeable in NEC
4. Working knowledge of safety standards of equipment
5. Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills allowing one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
6. Ability to work independently without supervision and meet tight deadlines
7. Physically able to keep up in a fast-moving field environment and be able to pick up 50 lbs.

1. Bags with normal electrical hand tools
2. Impact Driver is a bonus
3. Good ankle covering shoes
4. Reliable transportation
