  • Compensation: $42-$46/hr based on experience and certifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a Licensed Journeyman with knowledge of local electrical codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
  • Proven track record in electrical techniques including electrical hardware, junction boxes and circuit breaker units, trace lines and reading wiring diagrams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
Physical Demands:
  • Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
  • Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
  • Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
Primary Job Functions:
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations as it pertains to general electrical in-home service calls.
  • Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and complete repairs of equipment and electrical faults in residential and commercial settings.
  • Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck,
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
