Job Overview:

Michigan Power Systems is looking for a two-man crew, one Journeyman Electrician and one apprentice for a project located in Grand Rapids. This project starts in April & ends June/July 2025 (3-4 months). Must have 2+ years of experience. Prefer candidates experienced with underground electrical installations. Experience operating heavy-duty machinery: backhoe, skid steer, excavator, and other equipment would be beneficial, but not required. Must be located in, or willing to commute to, the Grand Rapids area. No travel reimbursement offered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assists in planning new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications and local electrical codes.
