Job description

We are seeking 8 Journeyman Electricians. They offer a competitive compensation package, company-paid benefits including health insurance, 9 paid holidays, and a 401K plan.

Work Schedule: 4-day work week, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday (sometimes overtime averaging 5 hours).

The Electrician will be responsible for inspections, repairs, installations, and maintaining electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. They will ensure all work performed meets the required safety codes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
• Adhere to applicable electrical codes.
• Plan and lay out new or renovation projects with minimal waste.
• Read, interpret, and understand diagrams or blueprints.
• Install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, power equipment, and machinery components following electrical codes, manuals, specifications, schematics, and blueprints.
• Install and repair control and distribution apparatus, including motors, relays, switches, thermostats, and circuit-breaker panels.
• Install and connect power supply wiring, cables, conduit, and electrical apparatus for machines and equipment in new and existing facilities, following diagrams and schematics.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical circuit, system, and equipment problems using testing instruments.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit with appropriate tools.

Qualifications:

• Valid OK Electrical Journeyman license (preferred).
• 5-7 years of electrical experience.
• Experience in commercial and/or industrial settings.
• Prior experience with industrial power and controls is a plus.
