This local, full‑time role offers steady hours, home nights and weekends, and a chance to grow with the company. Candidates must hold Minnesota licensure or be ready to obtain Iowa and South Dakota licenses with company support, plus a minimum of two years’ experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License.
• Must be willing and able to obtain an Iowa Journeyman Electrician License (company support available).
• Must be willing and able to obtain a South Dakota Journeyman Electrician License (company support available).
• Minimum two years electrical experience in commercial or residential work.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations in commercial and residential settings for both service work and new construction.
• Contribute to a growing team in a local, full‑time, long‑term role.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on job sites.

We are actively hiring journeyman electricians for work in our Commercial and Residential Divisions. We have a strong mix of both service work and new construction that needs your expertise. These positions are full time, long term and local.

Requirements:

• Must hold a current Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License
• Must be willing and able to obtain an Iowa Journeyman Electrician License (company support available)
  
• Must be willing and able to obtain a South Dakota JM Electrician License (company support available)
  
• Minimum two years electrical experience in commercial or residential work
• Clean driving record
• Valid Driver’s License

• Driver's License
• Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
• Iowa Journeyman Electrician License (Required within a defined timeframe)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to physically lift up to and in excess of 50 pounds
• Must be able to climb ladders and steep stairs, crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, pushing and pulling objects
• Repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment
• Ability to work at elevated heights on ladders and/or scaffolds
  
• Must be able to physically work up to ten hour days
• Physical work is a primary part (more the 70%) of the job
