Regional energy management firm searching for highly skilled Electrician to support growing operations in North Louisiana. Compensation is hourly plus quarterly performance bonus.

Transfer your trade skills and leadership to a respected growing firm, and explore the technology of electric car charging, battery systems, solar power, generators, and energy management. Safety- and team-focused attitude required.

Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of electrical codes, best practices and crew leadership
2. Print reading, design and electrical layout
3. Ground work, ladder work, lift work and occasional roof work
4. Electrical team hands-on leadership, oversight and on-job training
5. Quick clean conduit work up to 4" rigid
6. System testing and commissioning
7. Troubleshooting, repairs, and service calls
8. Reporting, documentation, site photos and employee assessments
9. Leading teams of 2-8 as needed to accomplish production goals

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ Years Journeyman/Master Electrician with supervision experience
2. Willingness to be a working "show-me" leader
3. Reliable transportation and clean driving record
4. Hand tools and basic power tools
5. Highly organized and thorough
6. Self-driven work ethic and proven leadership ability
7. Fast, efficient conduit work in all sizes and types
8. Full knowledge of wire sizing, NEC codes, and local code requirements
9. 40-50+ hours per week 5-6 days/wk

Preferred:

1. Solar/generator experience or certification
2. Experience with project management software
3. OSHA 40-hour or other safety training
4. 2+ years college/trade school

Salary $22-$27, Opportunity for sales commissions for select candidates.
