Job summary

Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning, Inc. seeks a Journeyman Electrician to join our Orlando service team, offering year-round work and competitive pay. Under limited supervision, you will run tests on electrical equipment and diagnose and fix electrical problems for residential projects.

Requirements include a valid journeyman license, generator installation experience, NEC knowledge, ability to estimate residential quotes, and strong communication. Background check and drug test apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified journeyman license or applicable specialty license.
• Experience installing generators and working with electrical panels.
• Up-to-date on National Electrical Code and residential quoting.

Responsibilities

• Run tests on electrical equipment and diagnose electrical problems.
• Provide quotes for residential work and perform panel swaps.
• Read electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints; wear PPE.

Pay

$25.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Position Summary

Under limited supervision of a Master Electrician, the Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for running tests on electrical equipment and diagnosing and fixing electrical problems.

Job Requirements

• Must have a certified journey or applicable specialty license
• Must have experience installing Generators
• Must be up to date on National Electrical Code
• Must have experience in providing quotes on residential work
• Must have experience with generators and panel swaps
• Must be able to browse electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
• Must be willing to wear and follow all rules regarding PPE
• Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
