Job summary

IES Commercial Inc. - C&I Division is looking for a Journeyman Electrician to join their team in Nebraska. In this role, you will work under the direction of job supervisors and handle various commercial electrical installations while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Applicants must have a valid Nebraska Electrical Journeyman License and the ability to read blueprints. IES offers exceptional benefits, including a 401(k) plan, flexible medical insurance, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Current State of Nebraska Electrical Journeyman License.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
• Successfully pass pre‑employment background check, and MVR check when applicable.
• Successfully pass drug test when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the job foreman and other supervisors.
• Perform all facets of commercial electrical installations.
• Compiling with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Local travel as required.

• Successfully pass drug test when applicable per customer contract requirement
