Job summary

Shanahan Mechanical & Electrical in Lincoln, NE is seeking a full-time Electrical Foreman to supervise electricians, apprentices, and other craft workers on project sites. The role emphasizes safety, policy enforcement, and proper care of tools and equipment.

Candidates must hold a Nebraska Electrical Journeyman License (or NE reciprocal), have leadership experience, and be able to read blueprints. Local travel may be required, and a $7,000 new hire bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Current State of Nebraska Electrical Journeyman License or NE Reciprocating State JM License.
• Experience leading and training craft workers.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Pass pre-employment background check and MVR.
• Pass drug test when applicable per customer contract.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Electricians, Apprentices and other craft workers assigned to projects.
• Interprets company policies to employees, enforcing safety regulations and proper care of tools and equipment.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
