Responsibilities

• Install heavy-duty rigid and EMT conduit, cable trays, and raceway systems per plant layouts.
• Execute motor and control terminations to power industrial machinery.
• Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specs for precise routing.
• Direct small field crews to meet project milestones.
• Maintain zero-incident safety practices and site punctuality.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $36–$40 per hour + $100/day Per Diem (subject to distance requirements).

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven history of strong work ethic, exceptional punctuality, and job site preparedness.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to smoothly coordinate with diverse field crews.
• Extensive background working on complex manufacturing plants or processing facilities.
• Previous experience managing material tracking or task delegation for small field teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Premium hourly pay ranging from $36 to $40 per hour.
• $100 daily per diem to assist with travel arrangements for qualifying candidates.
• Built-in weekly overtime offering an additional 10 to 20 hours at premium rates.
• Long-term project stability with an estimated duration of over one year.
