This on-site role requires reading blueprints, interpreting schematics, and performing preventive maintenance. You will work with PLCs, drives, and control panels, and collaborate with contractors to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license is required.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems.

• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, AC/DC drives, and related control systems.
• Support equipment upgrades, new installations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Work safely while following lockout/tagout, confined space, and electrical safety procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and production teams to minimize downtime.

Premium Pay: Double Time on Sundays and Holidays

Schedule Options

• Option A: 12-hour rotating shift (6:30 AM-6:30 PM / 6:30 PM-6:30 AM)
  • Work 3-4 shifts, followed by scheduled days off (1, 3 or 7)
• Option B: Monday-Friday, 8-hour swing shift

What You'll Do

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license required.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and reliable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AC/DC drives, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
• Forklift and scissor lift experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the shift.
• Ability to work around moving machinery and production equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry maintenance tools, parts, and materials.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required.
