Blackwell Electric in Minot, North Dakota is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our team. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems across industrial, commercial, and oilfield environments, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have a current Journeyman license, read blueprints and schematics, and can lift 50+ lbs. A valid driver's license and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | * $80/Day Per Diem

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Minot, North Dakota. This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their craft, values safety, and wants steady work with a strong, supportive team. The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within industrial, commercial, and oilfield environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and/or oilfield settings
• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Perform troubleshooting and routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes

Schedule

• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• Day shift
• Monday-Friday
• Overtime available

*Location/Per Diem Qualifications

Based in Minot, ND, with work in surrounding areas. Local candidates are preferred, but per diem is provided for qualified travelers.
