Job summary

We Power America is seeking licensed electricians in the Minot area for journey level and supervisory roles on high-profile projects. The positions require installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems across commercial and industrial settings.

Candidates should be able to read blueprints, perform troubleshooting, ensure code compliance, and collaborate with engineers and other contractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using a variety of tools and methods to resolve problems efficiently.
• Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and federal electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute installations and upgrades.
• Upgrade and modify existing electrical systems to improve performance or meet new requirements.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with other contractors, engineers, and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Provide on-call emergency electrical repair support.

Job Responsibilities For Commercial And Industrial Electrician

• Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings, including wiring, panels, circuits, motors, and equipment.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, using a variety of tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
• Compliance with Codes and Standards: Ensure all electrical work adheres to local, state, and federal electrical codes, safety standards, and building regulations.
