Job summary

Loenbro is seeking experienced journeymen electricians to assist in the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of critical electrical systems. This position will support the growth and development of apprentice electricians, and report to electrical foreman.

Position will be primarily focused on new construction, with an emphasis on large scale commercial builds. Loenbro emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for growth in a regional, project-driven team

Qualifications

• Completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Skilled with conduit bending tools, cable tray layout, device trim, and load‑bank operations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; able to work independently asrequired.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, startups, troubleshooting, commissioning, and preventative maintenance for electrical systems per drawings and codes.
• Execute First Time Energization (FTE), switching,AutoLOTO, load‑bank connections/removals, and Level 3–5 commissioning support.
• Read and interpret blueprints, one‑line diagrams, schematics, and installation plans; lay outconduit, cabletray, and devices.
• Follow approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and company safety protocols;maintainaccuratework records and service documentation.
• Support and mentor apprentices; coordinate with Foreman, Superintendents, project management, and clients.

Required:

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician with 7+ years of commercial/industrial experience; successful apprenticeshiprequired.

• Seeking NV state electrical licensing in good standing or reciprocal licensing..

• Familiarity with transfer schemes, switchgear, controllers, and pneumatic/electrical process controls.

• Proficient reading blueprints, one‑line diagrams, risers, and electrical schematics.

WorkEnvironment:

• Working outside most of the time with potential exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.

• Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors.

This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, andLoenbro’s Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
