Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical installations on commercial and industrial projects
• Interpret and execute based on blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety standards
• Perform system inspections and troubleshoot issues efficiently
• Supervise apprentices and provide on-the-job training
• Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and subcontractors
• Manage project timelines and communicate material / tool needs
• Complete daily reports and ensure proper documentation of work
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Travel to job sites, including out-of-town projects with per diem

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
• Candidates with journeyman-level experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Company-paid training is available to help obtain journeyman license, provided they can show proof of completion of an approved apprenticeship program.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong working knowledge of NEC codes and commercial installation standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Proficient with conduit bending, panel wiring, and system troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday, typical 8-hour shifts with occasional overtime as needed

• Onsite projects primarily in Kansas City, Missouri
• Includes regional travel with per diem for qualifying assignments is required
