Armada Staffing Group is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to support a commercial project in Grove City, Ohio. This full-time role offers consistent 40-hour weeks and a temp-to-hire path.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of electrical experience, ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to safety on busy job sites. Tools are provided; you must supply your own hand tools and reliable transportation to the Grove City site.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of electrical experience preferred.
• Journeyman-level commercial electrical construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical specifications.
• Familiarity with conduit, wiring, and commercial systems.
• Must provide personal hand tools; major equipment provided.

Responsibilities

• Install EMT conduit and raceway systems.
• Pull, route, and terminate electrical wiring.
• Install electrical panels, boxes, fixtures, and devices.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and follow project specs.
• Coordinate with foremen, electricians and other trades.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
• Assist electrical helpers as needed.

Job Summary

Perform commercial electrical installations, including conduit, wiring, panels, fixtures, and other electrical systems. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, work independently, and follow jobsite safety standards.

• Install, bend, and secure EMT conduit and raceway systems
• Pull, route, and terminate electrical wiring
• Install electrical panels, boxes, fixtures, and devices
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints
• Troubleshoot installation issues and follow project specifications
• Coordinate with foremen, electricians, and other trades
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Assist electrical helpers as needed

Requirements

• Approximately 5–10 years of electrical experience preferred; recent apprenticeship or electrical training candidates may also be considered
• Journeyman-level commercial electrical construction experience
• Knowledge of electrical tools, materials, installation methods, and safety procedures
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical specifications
• Familiarity with conduit, wiring, and commercial electrical systems
• Must provide personal hand tools; major equipment and specialty tools are provided
• Reliable transportation to the Grove City jobsite
• Must pass required drug screening and meet customer jobsite requirements
• Ability to work independently and follow directions

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification
• Experience with new commercial construction
• Experience installing and bending EMT conduit
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Experience on large commercial construction sites
