Job summary

Skillforce is seeking experienced Commercial Electricians for a commercial project in Akron and Cleveland, OH. Candidates should have at least 3 years of hands-on commercial electrical experience and be able to work independently or with a crew.

Pay is up to $35/hour, with weekly pay. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO for vacations/holidays, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on commercial electrical experience.
• Able to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with conduit installation/bending and terminations.
• Proficient using electrical hand tools and PPE.
• Reliable transportation to jobsite; OSHA 10 preferred.

Job description

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Commercial Electricians for a commercial electrical project in Akron and Cleveland, OH. We are looking for electricians with at least 3 years of hands-on commercial electrical experience who can work independently and as part of a crew.

Pay: Up to $35/hour based on skill set and experience

• Perform commercial electrical installation and buildout work
• Bend and install conduit
• Pull and route electrical wire
• Install electrical devices, fixtures, and equipment
• Perform electrical terminations
• Install and mount electrical panels and components
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
• Measure and lay out electrical installations
• Troubleshoot electrical systems as needed
• Follow NEC, jobsite safety procedures, and project requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Commercial Electrician Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on commercial electrical experience required
• Experience with conduit installation and bending
• Experience pulling wire and performing electrical terminations
• Experience with commercial electrical installations
• Ability to read and follow electrical blueprints and schematics
• Ability to safely use electrical hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to the jobsite
• Own basic electrical hand tools and required PPE
