• Commercial / Industrial construction experience (5 Years Minimum)
• Commercial / Industrial Service Experience (5 Years Minimum)
• Estimating Experience (Preferred but not required)
• Competent Math Skills
• Competent Computer Skills
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Competent with use of Smart Phone and Tablet
• Excellent Problem solving Skills
• Excellent follow up and follow through.
• Team Player
