Job description

Responsibilities:

• Install electrical equipment and systems to enhance or upgrade capabilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with NFPA and NEC codes, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Diagnose electrical system failures and determine repair or replacement needs.
• Understand HVAC contractual requirements and create maintenance schedules.
• Supervise site management and team members (a plus).
• Respond promptly to customer requests, document repairs and improvements using CMMS.
• Maintain and repair equipment, including HVAC, water treatment, emergency generators, and mechanical systems. BAS experience is a plus.
• Understand preventative maintenance principles.
• Order replacement parts through approved protocols and coordinate with vendors.
• Perform additional duties as required, including grounds and custodial tasks when applicable.
• Generate reports and summaries for management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Journeyman Electrician certification with at least 3 years of experience in Washington state.

This is a union position with pay and benefits outlined in the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.
