THE OPPORTUNITY: We're seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our installation crew where you'll work with renewable energy technologies. This position offers a chance to build expertise in the growing clean energy sector while enjoying stable work with a company that values your skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Lead and mentor apprentices on solar PV installations, panel attachment, and electrical interconnection
2. Coordinate electrical inspections
3. Ensure job sites are properly supplied with necessary materials and tools
4. Maintain crew and job site safety standards
5. Complete professional installation documentation
6. Contribute to our team's reputation for excellence

1. Competitive Compensation: $45-$50 per hour ($93,600-$104,000 annually) based on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
