Pay Range: $30.00 - $42.00 / hour

Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical equipment on cell phone towers.
• Work closely with construction crews and Project Managers to meet deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.
• Ensure electrical installations meet client standards and are completed within budgeted hours.
• Be knowledgeable of all aspects of electrical construction materials and control equipment for cell tower sites.
• Interpret drawings, sketches, software, and plans to determine work procedures and troubleshoot problems.
• Inspect cell tower sites for compliance, identify deficiencies, and take corrective actions.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to Electrical Apprentices and Construction Crews.
• Promote safety on the jobsite.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician (Class A).
• Experience in construction industry; telecom experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with teams including construction crews, Project Managers, and Foremen.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License.
