Job summary

McBride Lighting & Electrical Services is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to work on residential and commercial projects in the Denver area. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems while adhering to codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license active.
• Minimum 5 years electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
• Experience with electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints/technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Journeyman Electrician on residential and commercial projects.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems.
• Complete electrical wiring, upgrades, installations, and repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and technical documents.
• Diagnose electrical issues and determine effective solutions.
• Complete work according to applicable electrical codes, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain organized and professional job sites.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers as needed.

Your New Role

• Work as a Journeyman Electrician on residential and commercial projects

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems

• 5+ years of electrical experience

• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems

• Experience with electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting

• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical documents

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong understanding of electrical safety practices and quality workmanship

• Residential and commercial electrical experience preferred

• Electrical service and troubleshooting experience preferred

• OSHA certification preferred

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a field team
