Job summary

CS Erickson seeks skilled electricians to join a dynamic team delivering electrical installations and maintenance. You will work across projects, reading blueprints, laying out conduit and lighting, and connecting motor feeders while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have Journeyman or Master Electrician credentials, 4+ years of electrical experience, and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to construction technicians and installers.
• Install and layout conduit systems, lighting, control systems and feeders.
• Install motor feeders and make standard motor connections.
• Analyze blueprints for job site knowledge.
• Lead small crews (2–5 electricians) when required.
• Enforce a safe jobsite and comply with OSHA and client safety standards.
• Maintain excellent customer relations through problem-solving.

What you'll do

• Provide general support to the construction technicians and installers as needed

• Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment, procedures and training
• Demonstrate the ability to complete an overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size
