Job summary

Jetson is seeking a skilled electrician to join our Centennial, CO crew for residential heat pump installations and electrical upgrades. You will install electrical systems, read blueprints, and coordinate with engineering to improve install processes and efficiency.

Requirements include a journeyman license or Wireman license, extensive retrofit experience, and strong knowledge of modern electrical codes. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive residential retrofit experience required.
• Journeyman/Licensed electrician license or Wireman License.
• Well versed in SMART panels, splitters, sub-panels and main panel upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of modern residential electrical building codes.
• Proficient with power and hand tools used in electrical work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and electrical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

The Opportunity

We are looking for individuals in Centennial, CO with deep residential electrical install experience to help us improve processes and procedures that will ensure high quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for working as a part of a crew to remove gas furnaces, install electric heat pump systems, and collaborate with engineering teams on how the product can be improved and the install process streamlined.

What You’ll Do:

• Install required electrical to support heat pump installs

What You Bring:

• Extensive residential retrofit experience required
• Journeyman/Licensed electrician license or Wireman License
• Well versed in newer technologies like SMART panels, splitters, sub-panels, to optimize when faced with main panel or full service upgrades
• Well versed in modern residential electrical building codes
• Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• Valid driver’s license
• Follows OSHA Electrical Standard
• Follows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32 – $36 per hour
