Job summary

Jetson Home in Burbank, CA is seeking a Journeyman/Licensed electrician to join our residential electrification crew. You will remove gas furnaces, install electric heat pump systems, read blueprints, and collaborate with engineering to streamline the install process.

This full-time role requires strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and a valid California license. We offer competitive hourly pay, full benefits, and tools provided.

Qualifications

• Journeyman/Licensed electrician in Burbank, CA and surrounding areas preferred but other licenses or certifications considered.
• Well versed in newer technologies like SMART panels, splitters, sub-panels, to optimize when faced with main panel or full service upgrades.
• Well versed in modern residential electrical building codes.
• Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in electrical work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs

The Opportunity:

We are looking for individuals in Burbank, CA with deep residential electrical install experience to help us improve processes and procedures that will ensure high quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for working as a part of a crew to remove gas furnaces, install electric heat pump systems, and collaborate with engineering teams on how the product can be improved and the install process streamlined.
