Job summary

M Jack Electric, Inc. in the Greater Boston Area is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join a team focused on quality and reliability.

You will install, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems in new construction and remodel settings, reading blueprints and ensuring code compliance. The role requires MA Journeyman license, clean driving record, and ability to mentor apprentices while maintaining precise daily logs.

Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license in good standing.
  • Solid working knowledge of the NEC and Massachusetts electrical code.
  • Comfortable reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Able to pass a CORI background check.
  • Able to work on ladders, on your feet all day, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation.
  • Experience with both new construction and remodel/service work.
  • Own hand tools.
  • Experience training or working alongside apprentices.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean, accurate daily logs and job documentation.
