Job summary

KIBO&CO Electrical Corp is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for a commercial project in Barstow, Texas. This is an in-person role in Barstow, TX with local, regional, and traveling assignments. Per diem is available for eligible employees.

We require Journeyman Electricians who can work independently, read blueprints, perform layout, and complete installations with limited supervision. Lead experience and the ability to guide Apprentices are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical regulations.
• Lead or crew leadership experience is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work on a project basis.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious with strong communication skills.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and/or industrial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to plan and execute work
• Work independently with limited supervision
• Assist with directing and training Apprentices as needed
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain workflow and schedule
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical systems, equipment, and components
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and time logs

About the Role:

KIBO&CO Electrical Corp.is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for a commercial electrical project in Barstow, Texas.

This is an in-person position located in Barstow, TX. Local, regional, and traveling electricians are encouraged to apply. Per diem is available for eligible employees.

We are looking for experienced commercial Journeyman Electricians who can work independently, perform layout, read electrical plans, and complete installations with limited supervision.

Candidates with previous Lead Electrician experience or the ability to help direct Apprentices in the field are strongly encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $40-$45/hour
• Per Diem: $115/day for eligible employees
• Schedule: 40 hours per week + Overtime
