Job summary

KIBO&CO Electrical Corp is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead our crew in Barstow, TX. This hands-on leadership role focuses on guiding projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping the team safe and on schedule.

Applicants traveling from out of state will have per diem and travel accommodations. A Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license is required, with 5+ years of electrical experience and prior foreman responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience with 1–2 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a crew.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct electrical crew members on commercial, residential, or industrial job sites.
• Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings to guide daily work.
• Coordinate with project managers and general contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet NEC codes, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks throughout all phases of work.
• Manage material inventory, tool allocation, and equipment on the job site.
• Mentor and train apprentice and journeyman electricians.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation.
