Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long-term, on-site project in Santa Teresa, NM. This opportunity offers steady overtime and strong earning potential for skilled electricians.

Work 58 hours per week on five 10-hour shifts plus eight hours on Saturday, at $65 per hour with double-time overtime. A $160 daily per diem applies. Anticipated start: November 2, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must hold a New Mexico Journeyman Electrician License or have reciprocal license and ability to obtain NM license
• Eligible reciprocal states include AK, AR, CO, ID, MT, NE, OK, SD, TX, UT, WY
• OSHA 10 certification required; PPE and standard safety practices must be followed

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations and maintenance on a long-term, multi-year project in Santa Teresa, NM.
• Adhere to safety regulations and PPE requirements; pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Superior Skilled Trades is partnering with a client to hire a Licensed Journeyman Electrician for a multi-year project in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled electricians seeking long-term work, consistent overtime, and strong earning potential.

Pay & Schedule

• $65/hour

• Double-time overtime

• $160/day per diem

• 58 hours per week: Five 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, plus 8 hours on Saturday

• Multi-year project

• Anticipated start date: November 2, 2026

Requirements

• New Mexico Journeyman Electrician License or a license from an eligible reciprocating state with the ability to obtain the required New Mexico license

• Eligible states: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming

• OSHA 10 certification

• Standard electrical hand tools

• Required PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
