Expected to use NCCER-certified skills, operate hand and power tools, and ensure quality finishes while maintaining safe operations on a non-union Crafts project.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a concrete finisher/carpenter or related craft.
• Strong working knowledge of civil crafts and erection of concrete structures.
• Must have working knowledge of auto-level and transit.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search may be required.

Responsibilities

• Spread, level, smooth and finish concrete surfaces per plans.
• Mold expansion joints and edges with edging tools.
• Signal trucks for pours and manage forms, rebar and embeds.
• Apply sealing compounds and cure concrete surfaces.
• Follow safety rules and maintain clean work environment.
