Job summary

Kiewit is seeking skilled workers to plan, layout, and install concrete forms and rebar for structural projects in a demanding construction environment. You will read prints, measure, cut, and assemble forms, then pour concrete and finish surfaces according to specifications.

The job requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, stand and move for long periods, and adhere to safety rules while using hand and power tools. Experience with formwork and layout is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in safe and efficient use of hand/power tools and layout tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret prints, drawings, plans and specs; visualize in 3D.
• Construct, erect, install and repair structures and formwork.
• Measure, cut and assemble forms, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts per specs.
• Erect built-in-place or prefabricated forms; brace formwork per dimensions.
• Pour concrete, finish surfaces and install items per plans and specs.
