TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking skilled tradespeople to plan, lay out, and install forms, rebar, embeds, and anchor bolts for concrete structures. You will read prints, assemble built forms, brace and align, and pour concrete to spec.

Primary duties include measuring, cutting, installing, and inspecting work, plus ensuring safety and quality on site. Must be able to work at heights and outdoors, with overtime as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, drawings and specs.
• Strong safety and tool-use knowledge for construction work.

Mansioni

• Read and interpret prints, drawings, plans and specifications and visualize objects in three dimensions from plans and drawings.
• Constructs, erects, installs and repairs structures, scaffolding and framework using hand and power tools.
• Measure, cut, assemble and install forms, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts; construct built-in-place or prefabricated forms.
• Erect built-in-place forms or assemble prefabricated forms; insert spreaders and tie-rods to maintain dimensions; brace forms.
• Pour concrete into finished forms, finish surfaces and install items per plans.
• Estimate sizes, distances, quantities, and resources needed to perform work.
• Inspect subordinate's work for compliance and take corrective action.
