BoMac Contractors, Ltd. is seeking a Journeyman Carpenter to perform skilled carpentry on marine and civil projects such as wharves, bridges, seawalls, and concrete formwork.
Work from technical drawings to build, install, and repair timber and concrete structures in coastal or tidal zones. Candidates should have strong safety awareness, be able to read plans, and collaborate with supervisors and trades to meet quality and schedule targets.
The Journeyman Carpenter is responsible for performing skilled carpentry work on a variety of marine and civil construction projects, including infrastructure such as wharves, bridges, seawalls, jetties, retaining walls, and concrete formwork. This role involves working from technical drawings to construct, install, and repair timber and concrete structures, often in challenging and high-risk environments such as coastal or tidal zones. The Journeyman Carpenter must have strong technical skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work as part of a team to deliver high-quality results on time and to specification.
