Bo-Mac Contractors, Ltd. in the Dallas, TX area is offering challenging and exciting career opportunities for Journeyman Carpenters. We are seeking qualified candidates who are focused on project success and exceeding customer expectations. Qualified candidates must be able to perform all duties listed below safely and follow all of the company’s safety procedures.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Activities include constructing, fabricating, installing, and dismantling formwork of fixtures using metal, wood, and other accessories. Candidates should be able to read and interpret instructions, document, plan, and perform work activities independently.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Constant standing, walking, reaching, crawling, balancing, and grasping.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, climbing, stooping/crouching, and kneeling.
• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds of material; up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• All aspects of vision are required – acuity, depth perception, and field of vision.
• Ability to talk and hear is essential for communication with supervisors and co-workers regarding safety and operational matters.
• Ability to work during inclement weather, which may include exposure to extreme cold and heat, noise, and dust from construction activities, depending on the project site.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Preference given to candidates with a minimum of 5 years of Journeyman-level Carpenter experience who meet or exceed performance expectations.
