DN Tanks LLC is seeking a skilled carpenter to join our craft labor team, supporting all phases of tank building. Carpenters set the pace, guide coworkers, and help ensure safe, high‑quality work to keep the world’s most precious resource safe.

The role emphasizes performing tasks at heights, following safety policies, and assisting in training apprentices while traveling to various project sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain DN tools and equipment.
• Ability to travel to project sites throughout the United States.
• Ability to climb and perform tasks at heights on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, shoring, and scaffolds.
• Wear personal protective equipment including steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat and vest.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments in a timely fashion with little supervision.
• Understand the tank building process and identify next tasks.
• Interpret shoring drawings to install and remove shoring.
• Assist in forming pipe pits.
• Assist in training apprentices and new local workers.
• Follow safety procedures and DN Tanks safety policies.
• Promote safe work practices and identify hazards.
• Follow QC program and report quality defects.
