Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires completion of an approved apprenticeship program to qualify as a journeyman carpenter.
• Completion of four years of high school is required or equivalent.
• Prefers 4+ years of repairs/maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Prefers experience with carpentry tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises helpers and inmates in carpentry tasks.
