Job summary

Skillit is seeking skilled Carpenters & Concrete Carpenters (journeyman+) for projects across select U.S. cities. This includes journeymen, masters, foremen and superintendents with drywall framing and concrete formwork experience.

You’ll interpret blueprints, perform framing, install structures and finishing work, and follow safety regulations using powered and non-powered tools. Pay is hourly $28–$65+ DOE with benefits such as PTO, medical and retirement.

Qualifications

• Journeyman+ carpentry skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety regulations and manuals.
• Ability to work with power and non-powered tools.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions.
• Ability to handle materials up to 200 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow blueprints and project specifications for carpentry tasks.
• Perform framing, installing structures, and finishing work.
• Adhere to safety regulations at all times.
• Use powered and non-powered tools effectively and safely.
• Seek clarification to ensure accurate work.
• Lift and handle materials safely.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
