Ameri Pro Restoration is seeking a skilled Journeyman Carpenter to join our highly rated restoration and construction team. As a vital member of our crew, you will use your framing expertise to help restore homes and buildings to their pre-damaged condition. Responsibilities:

• Perform expert-level carpentry, including framing, trimming, and finish work.
• Restore and rebuild residential and commercial properties after wind, storm, and other damages.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to execute precise carpentry tasks.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and ensure exceptional quality standards.
• Safeguard client property by maintaining clean and organized job sites.
• Utilize advanced carpentry tools and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients to provide updates and address questions or concerns.
• Operate and haul a dump trailer as needed for project requirements.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Education & Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a professional carpenter, with an emphasis on framing.
  • Proven experience in residential and commercial restoration or remodeling projects.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in framing, including walls, floors, and roof systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and the ability to haul a dump trailer.
  • Own tools necessary for the role of a lead carpenter.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures on job sites.
