We Expect Applicants To

• Perform work efficiently and precisely, keeping mistakes and comebacks to an absolute minimum.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to support our team.
• Diagnose malfunction lights, leaks, noises, electrical issues, and other problems identified by customers.
• Thoroughly inspect each vehicle looking out for safety or preventable issues that might impact our customers.
• Complete work self sufficiently.
  
  

Required Job Skills

• Experience diagnosing and fixing European vehicles such as Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Porsche, VW, Land Rover, etc.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Organization & cleanliness -- this is not a dirty shop!
• Strong communication between team members.
• Time management to handle busy work days.

Probationary Period

At A&B, we understand it's hard to know what it might be like to work for a new company. That's why we always hire applicants with a 60 day probationary period. During your probationary period, expect regular meetings with your supervisor to ensure you're settling in well and meeting our criteria for success.
