Job description

Join CACI as a Journeyman Agile Coach supporting USSTRATCOM under the SCITLS contract. You will coach, mentor, and facilitate Agile practices across the program, engaging with leadership to drive Agile transformation and promote an Agile mindset. This role involves coaching individuals and teams in Agile methodologies and approaches, with considerable latitude in developing methodologies and solutions.

Location: Omaha, Nebraska (contingent upon contract award)

Responsibilities:

  1. Guide teams in adopting and implementing Agile practices and methodologies.
  2. Create and maintain system, functional, and domain metamodels for capability and lifecycle activities.
  3. Ensure compliance with DoD and USSTRATCOM policies across all architecture and engineering phases.
  4. Facilitate Agile practices, fostering collaboration and iterative work approaches.
  5. Mentor team members and leaders to improve Agile practices and promote continuous improvement.
  6. Collaborate with leadership to support Agile transformation initiatives.
  7. Identify risks and opportunities for process improvement.
  8. Apply expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Arts.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile environments, familiar with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Certification(s) such as PMI-ACP, CSM, Professional Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $136,500, based on various factors including experience, location, and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, wellness, retirement, and education benefits. Learn more.
