  • Investigate member issues, including complaints, collections, and outages.
  • Assist in maintaining mapping system.
  • Install and maintain surge protection equipment.
  • Promote co-op products and services.
  • Perform line and pole inspections.
  • Assist with PCB program.
  • Operate and maintain tree trimming equipment.
  • Assist with stray voltage and power quality issues.
  • Assist in compliance with co-op safety manual, NESC, and NEC.
  • Assist other cooperative crews as directed.
  • Handle any other duties as assigned.
  • Participate in after-hours call-out schedule and emergency work.
  • Perform hotline gloving.
Working Conditions:
  • Work with other cooperative employees.
  • Strict adherence to all safety rules due to the nature of the position.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
  • Travel as required.
  • Handle heavy and hazardous equipment and materials.

Rate of pay is in accordance with the union contract.
