Job summary

Mercor, a San Francisco-based firm, is hiring a remote Evaluator to review AI-generated artifacts in media, journalism, and communications. You will assess quality against domain rubrics, identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors, and deliver clear structured feedback to AI research teams.

You will collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream model performance, working independently to meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Media / journalism / communications.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).
