Florida Gulf Coast University seeks an engaging Journalism instructor to teach at undergraduate and/or graduate levels. Courses may be on the main campus or at off-campus sites within our region, with duties including syllabus development and innovative delivery of instruction.
Responsibilities include teaching, providing feedback, utilizing Canvas, and maintaining timely communication with students. A master's degree or 18 graduate credits in Journalism is required; Ph.D. is preferred.

Assignments will include teaching, at both undergraduate and/or graduate levels, as applicable. Teaching assignments may be on the main campus or at off‑campus sites within our region. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor. Courses may include News Editing, Grammar, Journalistic Writing, and New Reporting and Writing.
