AIP Publishing is seeking an Assistant Journal Manager or Journal Manager to shape editorial direction and drive journal performance. As an Assistant Journal Manager or Journal Manager at AIP Publishing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic editorial direction, growth, and financial performance of a portfolio of respected scholarly journals. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for journal performance, partner with editors and internal teams, and drive initiatives that elevate editorial quality, community engagement, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about scholarly publishing and eager to lead innovation in open science, research integrity, and user experience.

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $90,000
At AIPP, we offer competitive compensation based on the role, experience, and other relevant factors. Under the New York Convenience Rule, all employees, regardless of their residence in other states, will be taxed at the New York State tax rate. Employees may also have additional state-specific tax obligations depending on where they live.
