Job description

We are seeking qualified contract coaches to join our network who specialize in working with disability and neurodivergence at work and home. Coaches will deliver virtual coaching sessions to help members reach their goals. This is a 1099 contract role.

Coaches are booked through the Joshin Platform and will:

• Provide structured coaching sessions via video or phone.
• Support adults in setting goals, developing action plans, and encouraging progress on challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & well-being, or personal development.
• Maintain a calendar of availability and promptly track session notes.
• Collaborate with our support team for coordinated care.
• Offer culturally competent and empathetic care, respecting diversity and inclusion.

Who You Are

• Experience working with the disability and/or neurodivergent community.
• Adaptable to various life, career, and health challenges.
• Comfortable with technology and telehealth.
• Committed to quality coaching, seeking to grow and improve through client feedback.
• Enjoy working independently with support and collaboration opportunities.

The compensation is $20 USD per 20-minute session and $40 USD per 40-minute session.
