Job summary

Binny's Joliet store is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for part-time, on-site work. You will assist customers, handle cash, stock shelves, and maintain clean checkout areas while following store policies.

Ideal candidates can work evenings, weekends and holidays, can lift up to 50 pounds, and will complete alcohol training if required. This role offers PTO, paid sick time, and an employee discount as part of seasonal benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
• Able to count cash and make change accurately.
• Able to operate business machines (calculator, computer keyboards, etc.).
• Able to pass alcohol training and maintain a current certification.
• Able to repeatedly lift 40-50 pounds.
• Able to effectively communicate with customers and managers.
• Able to follow directions and complete assignments.
• Able to write legibly.
• Able to read small type.
• Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to repeatedly walk up and down stairs.
• Able to work in cold areas.
• Able to work hours as scheduled.
• Consistent and regular attendance.

Compensation and Benefits

• This is a part-time seasonal position
• Hourly pay rate is $16.25
