Job summary

Binny's is seeking a Naperville Seasonal Store Associate for a part-time, on-site role at our Naperville, IL location. You will assist customers, perform cashier duties, restock merchandise and maintain a clean, safe selling environment throughout your shift.

The position requires availability evenings, weekends and holidays, the ability to lift 40–50 pounds, and a team-oriented mindset. Pay is $16.25 per hour, with PTO, paid sick time and an employee discount for seasonal staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Able to count cash and make change accurately.
• Experience operating cash registers or POS systems is a plus.

Description

To assist in developing sales, maintaining productivity levels and providing superior customer service, while ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the store. To work as part of a team, following the directions of managers and supervisors, while adhering to the policies and procedures explained in the Employee Handbook.
