Job summary

NATECH supports FORSCOM at Fort Liberty, NC and seeks an Operations Training Analyst with knowledge of doctrine, joint operations, and strong written and oral briefing skills. Candidates should be proficient with MS Office (Excel) and capable of rapid learning of training systems.

Core duties include leading JTT user groups, processing JNTC/JTCP requests, conducting training analysis, and contributing to training resource development and program documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Military experience with demonstrable database or system experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Joint Training Tool (JTT) User Group Lead for FORSCOM Training & Collective Exercises Branch.
• Submit Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) requests for support from JNTC Accredited Army Programs into JTT and the JTCP Tool.
• Provide recommendations in training analysis and development of Joint Tactical Task Development.
• Develop input for the CTC Master Plan to support JNTC events.
