Job summary

Native American Technology Corporation is recruiting an Operations Training Analyst to support FORSCOM at Ft Liberty, NC. The role requires familiarity with service doctrine, joint experience, and strong written and oral communication.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and database skills are essential. The candidate will lead JTT User Group activities, manage JNTC/JTCP submissions, perform training analysis, and help develop training resource documents and POM inputs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Military experience with demonstrable database or system experience (exercise, training, personnel, weapons, etc.).
• Willingness to support CONUS and OCONUS travel (passport required).

Responsibilities

• Lead as Joint Training Tool (JTT) User Group Lead for FORSCOM Training & Collective Exercises Branch.
• Submit Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) requests for support from JNTC Accredited Army Programs into JTT and the JTCP Tool.
• Perform and provide recommendations in the conduct of training analysis.
• Provide recommendations in the development of Joint Tactical Task Development.
• Prepare JTT reports to support training assessment and JAEC objectives.
• Develop, review, and approve training resource documents.
• Advise Training Directorate on modernization and exercise requirements for POM submissions.
• Recommend development and review of JTCP requirements.
• Develop input to the CTC Master Plan for programming modifications to support JNTC events.
