Job summary

Precision Focus is seeking a Theater Joint Integrator to lead cross-domain planning and joint operations integration for exercises and operations in the Joint Exercise Program. You will apply leadership, strategic thinking, and MDMP/ DOTMLPF concepts to support OAI and JEP objectives.

The role involves coordination with partners and travel to meet program goals. You will help drive INDOPACOM requirements and JNTC program integration, working through the Joint Exercise Life Cycle while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field grade experience in Joint operations.
• 5+ years of exercise planning experience.
• Experience with operational planning at division, corps or theater level.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree and completion of Level 1 PME.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and coordination support throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
• Facilitate Air and special operations integration across domains into exercises and policy.
• Support Joint National Training Center (JNTC) program integration and INDOPACOM requirements.

Description:

As a Theater Joint Integrator, you'll bring your leadership, strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, MDMP, and JPP to support the client. Employ your expertise to work alongside thought leaders in training, exercises and operations on projects that leverage the capability as represented by the client into the Joint Exercise Program (JEP), this will include the client's contribution to their goals. You'll use your skills and expertise to support Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAI). Provide continuous planning and coordination support throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC). Facilitate Air and special operations integration across domains into exercises and policy. You will assist with other Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) program integration, work on INDOPACOM requirements for the client, and coordinate with the components facilitating participation in rotations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a field grade in Joint operations
• 5+ years of experience as an exercise planner
• Experience with operational planning at the division, corps, or theater level
• Ability to play a lead role in coordinating with department and mission partners to ensure resolution of tasks and activities
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
• Bachelor's degree
• Completion of Level 1 Professional Military Education

Bous Points:

• Experience in the Indo-Pacific theater
• Experience in Joint Air and Special Operation Forces (SOF) integration
• Experience operating at a Joint National Training Center (JNTC) accredited facility
• Knowledge of Army Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and Joint all Domain Operations
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Graduate of Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS)
